From here, you have a variety of reports you can generate and download.

  1. To view and download emergency information reports for children, click the Safety Reports tab at the top.

  1. The Safety Reports area has a variety of reports to download, such as incident logs, allergy reports, and meal restrictions. Click the Emergency Info tab at the top.
  2. To simply view a report of all current children as of the current day, click the Apply button.
  3. A list of all current students at the center will appear. You can scroll over to view more information.

To download and print the emergency to store in a binder, or just to have a physical copy:

  1. Select any students you wish to download by selecting the checkbox beside their name.
  2. If you wish to select all students, simply click the checkbox at the top. This will highlight all students.

Once the students are selected, the three dots will be visible at the top.

  1. Click the three dot icon.
  2. Select Generate PDF.
  3. A PDF will then be downloaded to your device.  Find the PDF and open it to view more details related to emergency information, such as contact names and phone numbers. The physical copy can be stored safely in digital files, or you can print it to keep in a binder for times you may not have access to internet.
