Updating Your Information In Stripe


If you need to update your bank account, address, business details, or directors, after you have set up your Stripe Account through ChildFriendly, follow these steps to access your Stripe Express account:


Step 1: Login to Stripe Express


  1. Go to https://connect.stripe.com/express_login
  2. Enter the email address or mobile number associated with your account
  3. Stripe will send you a secure verification code via email or text
  4. Enter the code to log in — no password required


Step 2: To Update Your Information


Once you're logged in, you can update a range of details, including:


  • Bank Account for Payouts
  • Go to ‘Profile’ or the gear/settings icon on the bottom left.
  • Select ‘Payout and Bank Details’, click ‘Update’, and enter your new bank info
  • Business Address or Legal Entity Information
  • Go to the ‘Profile’ icon on the bottom left and look for ‘Business Details’ or ‘Profile’
  • Update your address, business name, or tax information as needed
  • Directors or Business Owners
  • In ‘Team’ or ‘Owners/Directors’, you can update or add individuals associated with your business


⚠️ Important: Some updates may require identity verification or review by Stripe and may temporarily delay payouts.
