How to Add a Sponsor
The Sponsors area is used to add any financial sponsors who are not a part of any family, but are a third party that will be paying fees on behalf of a child. These sponsors can be assigned to billings for families and invoiced automatically for an allocated percentage or amount of the child's monthly tuition. Ex: Government Subsidy Programs. Learn how to add third-party payers (e.g., city programs or family services) who cover a child’s tuition, as well as assign sponsor information—like names and email addresses—within the platform. Once sponsors are set up, you can then enable them for auto-invoicing or link them to billings for easy payment tracking.
