How to Add a Task
Tasks are used to allocate labor hours for. Staff will select the task they are performing each time they move into a space in the Attendance module. For payroll or government reporting, staff hours will be viewable by tasks. This also allows you to easily apply different pay rates based on the task being performed. This training video teaches you how to create custom tasks to track staff labor hours and responsibilities; how to associate specific tasks (like childcare or cleaning) with individual rooms for simplified time-tracking; and how to add new tasks in just a few clicks, ensuring accurate reporting when staff sign in and out.
